During my time on the HR team at Air Liquide, I received phenomenal support and mentoring from my Director, Manager and colleagues. We each took the time to understand each other’s strengths and areas for improvement and had a constant safe environment for open dialogue to support one another. I only left Air Liquide because my spouse’s job but I still keep in touch with my old team and miss them greatly! Best... company I’ve ever worked for and I even referred colleagues to work there and they were hired. I hope to make my way back to AL one day!
