Open and friendly environment, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and available coworkers, good break activity options (band equipment, pool table, table tennis to name a few), safe bike parking
A bit much overhead regarding project (time logging and such) and requirement tracking1

Brillante Leute, erstaunliche Boni und Vergünstigungen, keine Hierarchie (obwohl sie von Team zu Team unterschiedlich ist), gute Work-Life-Balance, Führungsqualitäten sind sehr stark und gründlich

Did two internships here. First internship, I had a pretty bad time and only returned since I didn't find anywhere else. I enjoyed my second summer much, much more, though. It really is just what you make of it. The projects they give can often be quite boring and not very interesting, but once they know you are competent enough you can start to get much more interesting work. Culture is very lax and overal the wlb is extremely good.
- Work they give can sometimes be boring with not much to learn from. - Documentation and code quality can sometimes be very lacking - If you don't make a proper effort to get to know people, you probably won't have a good time. - Compensation is not amazing

The work environment and culture is great. Atmosphere is mostly relaxed, but when push comes to shove people are prepared to go the extra mile. We've had great progress with our latest products. Compensation is good compared to local competition. Vacation and sabbatical are great benefits.
Product cycles are short, and the whole team is mostly occupied with the current or previous release in some way, which means features and changes that need longer commitment is not prioritized. The overhead involved in product releases also contribute to this squeeze. We need to change something about how we work to allow for changes that require longer development. US and UK sites are closer to leadership and there is some hassle involved in ensuring compensation in Norway follows development there.1

I have been working at Arm for a month now. In the group I work for, the project structure is set up as cross-site teams, so although I am not working at the main Cambridge site, the same opportunities that would come from working in a large site are available to employees in the smaller offices. This is not only my impression, but was highlighted in an introductory meeting by senior management. This is really important to me. It is in contrast to other places I have worked in in the past, where individual sites had their own teams and identities, which can lead to more of an "us and them" mindset, and can also make it feel like opportunities are limited. I attended the Cambridge office recently, and I was made to feel very welcome. I was also fortunate enough to take part in the IPO celebrations, which were just amazing! My early impression is that Arm has a great culture. There are several groups in the chat tool representing different interests, and in general people are helpful in answering questions. It feels very much like a culture of openness. There is plenty of training material available to help with learning. The company is also being realistic in allowing a sensible time for new starters to ramp up on projects.
It is early days, so I can't think of any cons so far.

It is a very good product-based company, and it has some values and I can refer this company for everyone as we can see lot of good people around especially from UK . Very good Benifits Very good Management
I was given only 4 stars for India Management especially in IT you can lot of people undergraduate and now they are leading the teams which is not a good sign. As getting job in arm is like a life achievement but those people got job because of the bad management earlier and they are continuing for long time with bucketing to the management without doing anything. I can see lot of good people india working on highly technical things like automations, service improvement but here it is missing. I am giving this feedback to grow arm india right way..

Arm is an extremely successful company, and it never gets boring. I wake up every day and look forward to go to the office, curious about what the day will bring. I have the pleasure of leading a group of very talented people. Not every day is rosy, but we always work as a team to solve the challenges facing us. The work culture is amazing, and people are always willing to walk the extra mile to reach the goals set. I think that says a lot about the company and the people working here.
The work pressure and work load can be pretty high, and not everyone is able to tackle that.

Good work culture Supportive environment Lots of training Niche area of work
It's in Cambridge, I hate living here Low pay - I'm actually interviewing for other jobs because I got to know that new joiners who joined a few months after me are getting almost 10k more than me which honestly is an insult Low ball offer
