    Pros

    One2team managers are truly trying to make you feel good.
    Very nice looking offices, regular events such as off-sites, seminars, Friday drinks. Free coffee and fruits.
    There's an initiative `se sentir bien' that helps with day-to-day hurdles.
    We are at the cutting edge of web technology so it's a positive experience for the CV.
    The recruitment process must be good, because I work with smart and talented people.

    Kontras

    The culture is exigeant and criticism unkind.
    There's a lot of noise in the open space. The office is stylish but not functional.

    The CEO spends his time in San Francisco with a team of sales people. It's frightening to see them stubbornly trying to sell the software and failing month after month. In my opinion we are failing for a reason and they refuse to see it.

    There's no clear vision of what top management wants to do with the software roadmap. It's changing regularly. The result is a software that's riddled with bugs. I am not proud to work on this kind of Frankenstein software. I pity the support team that's overwhelmed with customer dissatisfaction.

    Rat an das Management

    Publish a full organizational chart. It will avoid contradictory instructions.

    Recognise the US market entrance failed, and focus on what's important: the software.

    Set a product roadmap and stick to it for at least a year.
