Compensation was good. Liked my job duties.
No work life balance whatsoever! The TAPFIN area of Manpower Group Solutions has very low industry experience people in decision making/manager roles and they don't know who the industry works or how to guide TAPFIN. They are also very secretive and DEMAND nothing less than 70 hours of work a week.
They misrepresent their services and abilities directly to the client and will put the blame and falter on you, the onsite representative.
Avoid TAPFIN at all measures!

Staff client sites appropriately and value the onsite TAPFIN representatives with what they are experiencing and recommending to make the account a success! TAPFIN cuts too many corners and it only hurts them and makes us all look and become very unqualified.
