    There is zero diversity all around. It is overly represented by very local fourth or fifth generation Massachusetts residents who have no exposure to the changes taking place outside the bubble they live in. This has resulted in a corporate culture that is very 1990's where productivity, automation, innovation, creativity and customer-centric approach is thwarted by people who think working 12 hours a day, doing the same thing again and again, makes them competent employees. Since the company is full of people from Massachusetts it also lacks gender and racial diversity. So the employees lack the ambition or drive to steer change. All in all, it has a feel of being stuck in a time warp. Work here if you are not driven or ambition and like a bloated bureaucratic structure.

    Rat an das Management

    Hire folks from outside Massachusetts. Hire younger people. Retain employees who are constant learners and problem-solvers. Hire a more diverse workforce. The future of the company depends on an agile, ambitious workforce who want to apply new ideas and thoughts. Let go of a workforce that acts like it is in the 1990s, is reluctant to change, wants to play it safe. Let go of employees who want to keep archaic process which takes them 2 hours to complete - if automated can be done in 10 minutes - so they can pat themselves on their back for working long hours.
