    Forget Work-Life Balance. Minimum 12-14 hours of work on an average in a day.

    Product has no vision, they only know how to deliver fast from engineers without any calculation of R.O.I , this causes high working pressure on engineers.

    Product / Upper Management plans to take things in the market after 2 Weeks but they want from engineers in 2 Days.

    No-Off time - There are No holidays given + teams are asked to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

    Third Class company for Engineers only Pressure and Mental Stress While Upper Management feels proud of this Toxic Culture.
    U people can’t understand the level of workpressure but fact is Engineers don’t get time to eat lunch or dinner.

    At the time of Joining HR ll show u False Dreams regarding High Growth Environment, Good Working culture, Flexible timing, etc.
    But Believe Me, All these things are Fake.
    Flexible Timings has no meaning if we have to work 12-14 hours a day.

    Pressure Will Bring Stress not Perfection. How engineers learn new things if you don’t give then time.

    I Don't Recommend Hike. If you have an alternate option then Go For It. Come Here at last.
    Experienced Guys, U should never think to Join Hike.

    Rat an das Management

    Limit the work to a standard 8-9 hours a day. We all joined the company to work but it doesn’t mean work 12-14 hours for the company even on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone has a personal life.

    Product Guys / Upper Management should not give Miserable Deadlines. If such behaviour continues then Engineers Start leaving the company.
    Start becoming humble.
