Churned out campaigns, unoriginal content, lazy PR, no team culture, no innovation and if you want to push yourself or express any creativity, you will be shut down. No benefits. Senior management uninspiring and relunctant to change and be a forward-thinking PR agency. The sales team is bigger than the media team. This is a sales job. If your ambition is to work in a call centre then this is for you. Although a call centre may have a nicer culture and atmosphere.
Rat an das Management
When I joined 4media I was not welcomed with drinks or given any opportunity to mix with the 'team', try adding some culture & building a team network. There are no benefits, no flexibility, no reward for working here (even the salary left a lot to be desired). If you want to do 3 campaigns a week on seatbelts then by all means work here. PR should be forward-thinking, fun & give clients the opportunity to stand-out amongst a congested space. I think 4media aim to congest the space, clogging up broadcast with the same campaigns, same story, same spokespeople and same media targets. A little creativity and passion would go a long way.
